Hi! This a very nice painting, I love the colors in the mask, is what stands out immediatly from the preview. And those lips! They look amazing, I love the glossy look <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)"/>

I just would say that the eyes look a tad too big, unless you're aiming for a more Anime-esque style, I would recommend reducing them just a little bit. Talking about the eyes I think they're very well done, a little shaky in the iris byt overall well done.

The thing I think could use more improvement is the hair, specially on the ends. I assume you used the smudge tool for them, try to be careful with this tool, or you'll get an undesired result. Try to follow the flow of the hair and go all the way down, one stroke at a time and use a small size for the brush, that way you'll achieve a more natural look.

I think this painting has great potential, keep up the good work!
